Most garment factories buy fabric from another supplier. That means the fabric is chosen from what already exists, and quality can change from batch to batch.
When knitting happens in the same place as cutting and sewing, we can decide the yarn, the weight (GSM) and the construction. A hoodie needs a different fabric from a summer tee, and we can build each one properly.
Knitting in-house means the fabric you approved in the sample is the fabric that goes into bulk. Fewer surprises, fewer delays.
Need a small change to a fabric? We can adjust it directly instead of waiting on an outside supplier.
